Botulinum Toxin is the natural protein in Lutétia’s anti-wrinkle injections that relaxes the contracted muscles that cause fine lines and wrinkles on the outer corner of the eyes (crow’s feet), nose and chin as well as smile lines, laugh lines and horizontal lines on the forehead and neck. Starting at age 30 the skin begins to thin and becomes more susceptible to creasing do to these repeated expressions. It’s then that a patient can use anti-wrinkle injections to relax the muscles and prevent wrinkles from forming or deepening.

With this treatment to soften wrinkles, there is no downtime. We use a special injection device to minimize swelling and can further minimize even slight swelling with medication.
Some patients see improvement in a day or two, but full results are visible in 7 days.
Depending on the area treated, the effects usually last 4 – 6 months. We recommend a touch-up every 4 months.
